**1. Maintaining all process of Raw Material Store (including material inward report, issuing process, DCNR/ DCR Material handling.**

**2. Preparation of Purchase Request according to the project Material requirement Through ERP Quadra Software.**

**3. Up - dated inventory in Through ERP QUADRA & Manual.**

**4. Co-ordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Execution and all concerned Departments.**

**5. Give the necessary information or reports to management.**

**6. Material Planning, Stacking & Physical stock Checking.**

**7. Maintain FIFO & LIFO as per material Property.**

**8. Issue Material to Site as per their requirement raise by authorized personal.**

**9. Maintain Paper work or records of all inventories (Material inward Reports, Transports Document Record, and Inspections Reports, Issuance Document, Purchase order & other Details).**

**10. Select the material storage location or proper place (Bins, racks, Pallets or Lockable almirah etc).**

**11. Inform Recorder level / shortage of materials to purchase Department.**

**12. Maintain Minimum, Maximum Level as recommended. 13. Preparation of Monthly/ Weekly Stock Statement & Daily Material Receipt Reports.**
