Job Title: Web Form Associate

Your Role: As a Web Form Associate, you will build complex forms, create routing rules, map data into CRM and marketing automation platforms, report on form activity and provide assistance with troubleshooting technical issues and processing form responses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reinforce and support Form development and data privacy regulation best practices
- Assist with the processing and routing of Web Form responses
- Download form responses and provide reporting to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot Web Forms when technical issues arise
- Ensure timeliness and quality of all deliverables

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required

**Experience**:
Essential and Critical Skills:

- Good to have hands-on experience with online Web Form building tools (FormAssembly/Wufoo/Formstack/Eloqua form builder, etc.)
- HTML & CSS is an added advantage
- Fundamental knowledge of web analytics (preferably Google Analytics)
- Ability to think logically and critically when troubleshooting along with a desire to grow your technical skill set
- Problem solving ability and consideration of process improvements
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
