**Job Title**: CNC Laser Operator

**Department**: Production / Fabrication

**Reports To**: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager

**Job Summary**:
The CNC Laser Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines to cut metal sheets or parts according to design specifications. The operator ensures high precision, quality, and efficiency while maintaining a safe work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic, etc.).
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
- Adjust machine settings (speed, feed, focal point) to achieve desired accuracy and quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects and dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain and clean machines on a regular basis.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to maintenance.
- Record daily production data and maintain log sheets.
- Follow all safety and quality control procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
