Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Administrative Coordination of EmUrgentCare’s Occupational Medicine Business
- Project Reporting, Development, and Coordination of Occupational Medicine Department
- Invoicing, Financial Reporting, and Budget Maintenance
- Communication and Support for all Occupational Medicine Clients

**Requirements**:
Education
- Associate’s Degree Required; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

**Experience**:

- 3-5 Years of experience in an office setting; healthcare related field preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of computers, word-processing, and spreadsheet software
- Experience working with data, financial transactions, and LEAN principles
- Experience working with occupational medicine clients
