Responsible for attending shift Break down of whole plant machines.
- Worked on defferent types of Mechanical press, Puenumatic press and Hydraluic press.
- Detail knowledge and experience on Printing Machine, Washing Machine, Laser Machine Blooming
Machin, Rolling And Unrolling Machine ,Stanter Machine, Boiler, ETP etc.
- Worked on defferent types PLC (,Mitsubishi -FX series ) faults troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of deffert types DRIVES Siemens (Sinamics V20,G120 & Micromaster 420 TO 440) &
Delta.Omron Mistsubishi.
- Good knowledge of machine RLC Circuits
- Knowledge of Shearing Presses: Tonnage 200, 400 & 600 ton
- Good knowledge of EOT Crane up to 10Ton.
- Enough Exposure for machine Spare Parts Planning & Control..
- Trouble Shooting & Preventive Maintenance of M/C’s..Responsible for handling a team of competent
Electricians and safety of manpower and equipment’s.
UTILITY MAINTENANCE
- D.G set 600 KVA to 1500 KVA Operation and service maintenance.
- H.T and L.T operation and Maintenance.
- A.C.B and V.C.B operation and maintenance.
- Cooling Tower & Air Washer Operation and Maintenance.
- Operation and maintenance Automatic Voltage Controller & Capacitor bank panel 1500 KVAR.
PLANT MACHINERIES
- Hydraulic presses
- Tonnage: 10 TON,25 ToN,63 TON,T,110TON,250TON,400TON (Make: SCHMID)
