Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Edtech sector.
- Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and new markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the Edtech industry.
- Strong understanding of the Edtech market and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive for results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: ₹85,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
