Job Description:
Admissions Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into admissions.
- Resolve queries from students and parents.
- Maintain effective communication until the learner is onboarded.
- Adhere to admission guidelines and policies.
- Generate periodic MIS reports.
- Promote admissions through activities, workshops, and presentations.
Academics Responsibilities:
- Maintain schedules and academic data records.
- Ensure smooth operation of student-related activities.
- Organize events and induction programs.
- Participate in educational events and engage with the student community.
- Implement planners and curriculum materials.
- Track assignments, resource distribution, exams, and evaluations.
Operations & Administration Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with staff for effective academic and non-academic activities.
- Assist in fee collection.
- Oversee vendor and faculty payments.
- Maintain records of students, faculty, resources, and infrastructure.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Lead Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in undergraduate and postgraduate counseling.
- Ability to handle face-to-face and tele-counseling.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Proficient with Google Sheets, Google Meet, Zoom, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
