Planning, Organizing, leading and controlling operations in the parts department.
- Supervise the work and manage all the activities of parts department.
- Assuring that the employees of the Parts Department conduct their affairs in a manner conducive to the organization.
- Review inventory control for accuracy and to ensure stock control relative for the maintenance of minimum and maximum parts and supplies in stock.
- Coordinating with the Service manager/Assistant Service Manager for the implementation of the policies, procedures and processes necessary to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Providing strong support to the Service department (i.e. by improving Fill rate to the service department, pre-pulling parts for the technicians. etc.
- Monitor service shop environmental and safety issues.

**Experience: 5-7 years (Automobile).**
