Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist (MBBS + MD in Psychiatry) to join our mental health team on a part-time basis. The psychiatrist will be responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments, evaluating mental health conditions, and guiding appropriate treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental status examinations

Diagnose psychiatric disorders and provide professional clinical opinions

Collaborate with psychologists and therapists for integrated client care

Recommend and monitor pharmacological treatments (if required)

Maintain clear clinical documentation and follow-up records

Offer psychoeducation to clients and families when needed

Work ethically and maintain client confidentiality at all times

Work Schedule:
2 to 3 days per week (flexible scheduling can be discussed)

In-person consultations at our Salem center (Teleconsultation support can be considered for follow-ups)

Qualifications & Requirements:
MBBS + MD in Psychiatry from a recognized institution

Valid registration with the Medical Council

Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience post-MD preferred

Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills

Willingness to work in a collaborative, wellness-focused environment
