We use cultivated seaweed biomass as a raw material and have pioneered the automated technologies for largescale cultivation of the same. We have developed and commercialized several bio stimulant products for improving the plant growth and yields.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine microbes culturing and revival to maintain stocks
- Conduct microbe enumeration studies towards developing stability and compatibility data for microbial products.
- Isolate, identify, and characterize beneficial microbes that promote plant growth and health.
- Analyze soil and plant samples for microbial diversity and health indicators.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop microbial-based products (e.g., biofertilizers, biopesticides).
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and publications for scientific journals.
- Stay updated on advancements in agri-microbiology and related technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Agri-Microbiology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of microbial ecology, plant-microbe interactions, and soil science.
- Experience with laboratory techniques (e.g., culture methods, molecular biology techniques).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge/experience of plant bioassays.
- Experience with field research and experimental design.
- Proficiency in using bioinformatics tools for microbial analysis.
