**Requirement**:

- Master's degree in Psychology or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a teaching certification is an added advantage.

**Work Experience**:

- Previous experience teaching Psychology at the high school level is an advantage, but new graduates with relevant coursework and a passion for education are encouraged to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging and comprehensive psychology lessons for CBSE classes, adhering to the prescribed curriculum and educational standards.
- Introduce students to various psychological concepts, theories, and research methods, encouraging critical thinking and reflection on human behavior and mental processes.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods, case studies, multimedia resources, and practical exercises to facilitate students' understanding of psychological principles.
- Encourage students to explore their own emotions and thought processes, promoting self-awareness and empathy.
- Guide students through the process of conducting psychological research, emphasizing ethical practices and data analysis.
- Facilitate discussions on psychological topics such as cognitive processes, developmental psychology, social psychology, and mental health.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through quizzes, tests, projects, presentations, and class participation, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics and expressing their ideas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
