**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic **Senior SEO Specialist** to lead and execute our search engine optimization initiatives. You’ll be responsible for driving organic growth, optimizing content and site performance, and improving keyword rankings to boost overall visibility. You’ll work cross-functionally with content, marketing, web development, and product teams to ensure best practices are implemented across all digital assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical)
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and crawlability
- Perform regular technical audits and work with developers to fix SEO-related issues
- Lead backlink acquisition strategies and monitor link profiles
- Track and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag manager and other SEO platforms
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends
- Identify new opportunities for organic growth and conversion optimization

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in a lead or senior role)
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Experience with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Search Console, GA4, etc.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and wordpress with data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Drupal, Webflow)
- Knowledge of CRO, UX, and website performance optimization is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in international SEO or e-commerce SEO
- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
