Robotics Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive **Robotics classes** for students (Grades 6-9) using practical, hands-on teaching methods.
- Teach fundamentals of **robotics, electronics, programming, and STEM concepts** in a simple and engaging way.
- Guide students in assembling, coding, and troubleshooting robots and STEM projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and activities aligned with Topper Shiksha’s curriculum.
- Encourage innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Organize and support students in robotics competitions, exhibitions, and project showcases.
- Provide regular feedback on student progress and maintain records of class activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Robotics, STEM education, and EdTech teaching tools.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Science, Robotics, or related fields** (preferred).
- Prior teaching/training experience in Robotics or STEM education.
- Proficiency in programming (Arduino, Scratch, Python, or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of Robotics kits (Lego, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching children and making learning fun through practical activities.
