At Teletrix Infotech, we are partnering with Automate Accelerator, a leader in sales automation and data-driven marketing, to power high-performance B2B campaigns. We are seeking MIS Executives to join our dynamic team in Kolkata, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and reporting data for targeted campaigns.

Role**: MIS/Data Executive / Data Analysts

Location: Park Circus, Kolkata (On-site)/(Office)

Experience: 1-2 years in MIS, data management, analytics, or a related field

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**

✔1-2 years of experience in MIS, data handling, analytics, or related fields

✔Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

✔Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

✔Advanced Knowledge of Excel (V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot table, Chart)

✔Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)

✔High attention to detail with an ability to spot inconsistencies

✔Ability to work from the office - This is an on-site role in Kolkata

**Preferred Skills & Experience**
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (training will be provided)
- Experience with data extraction, validation, and reporting
- Ability to work with large datasets and create data segments for campaigns

**What You’ll Do**
- Extract & Organise Data - Collect business data from multiple sources (training provided)
- Data Cleaning & Validation - Ensure accuracy, remove inconsistencies, and verify data quality
- Generate MIS Reports - Create dashboards and performance reports for management
- Process Improvement - Continuously optimize data workflows for better accuracy and efficiency

**Work Schedule**
- Full-time position
- Shift Timing: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM IST (Australian shift)

**Work Location: Cegura Building, 3rd Floor, 9 Syed Amir Ali Ave, Park Circus, Ballygunge, Kolkata, 700017 (Near Zishan Restaurant)**
