The prime responsibility of the process is to manage Accounts Receivable activities from Invoicing to dispute management, including reporting. Ensure accurate Invoices are created based on the contract information provided, if required need to work with internal stakeholders to ensure customer contracts are executed properly.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute customer contracts.

Update Special Handling requests.

Manage CRM Proposals

Contract Details to be captured in Mainframe.

Invoice reconciliation - To match invoice amount and ledger amount.

Manual Invoice correction to match customer requirement.

Invoice variance detail to be provided to NAA team.

Follow up on SNOW tickets.

Post contract is booked validate the executed contract and approve final queue with legacy contract number.

Monitor Rejections and perform RCA for rejections.

Assist with creating manual invoices / credit notes if required.

Prepare outstanding Invoice reports, hold reports/ cancellation reports, process level reports.
