**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and practical classes in line with the syllabus.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans and course materials.
- Integrate innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and set examination papers and quizzes.
- Conduct examinations and perform invigilation duties.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- **Admissions and Student Engagement**:

- Participate in the admission process, including counseling prospective students.
- Mentor and guide students on academic and career-related matters.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- **Research and Scholarly Activities**:

- Engage in research activities and contribute to the academic community.
- Publish research papers and articles in reputed journals.
- Attend and present at conferences and academic events.
- **Administrative and Departmental Duties**:

- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to policy formulation.
- Assist in the organization of departmental events and activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- A Full-Time M-com (Any Specialization) with at least First Division marks, or
- A PhD in the relevant discipline.
- **Experience**:

- Freshers with exceptional academic records and potential are encouraged to apply.
- Published works and research contributions will be advantageous.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- A good record of attending and participating in conferences and academic events.
