**Position Title**: Accounts Executive
**Department**: Finance / Compliance
**Location**: Bhopal
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Role Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Documentation Executive to manage MSME compliance, taxation support, and KYC documentation for vendors and clients. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, documentation accuracy, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- **Gender & Level**:

- **Senior (Male)**: 3+ years of experience |
- **Junior (Female)**: 1+ year of experience |
- **Age**: 25-30 years
- **Qualification**: Graduate or Postgraduate in a relevant field (Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **MSME Act** compliance, registrations, renewals, and documentation.
- Support **taxation-related work** including GST/TDS coordination, data preparation, and compliance tracking.
- Manage **KYC documentation** for vendors and clients (collection, verification, record maintenance).
- Ensure accuracy and timely updates of compliance records and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, auditors, and internal teams for compliance requirements.
- Maintain organized records (physical and digital) and prepare reports as required.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure implementation.

**Required Skills & Knowledge**
- Mandatory working knowledge of **MSME Act**, **Taxation**, and **KYC processes**.
- Strong documentation, verification, and compliance management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic compliance tools/software.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Experience working with multiple vendors/clients.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional integrity and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
