We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Real World Evidence Strategy and Analytics to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing biostatistical support and guidance on RWE studies and may serve as the responsible RWE biostatistician on several RWE projects in different indications. Primary responsibilities include

Experience - 5+ years

Collaborate on developing Protocol/Statistical Analysis Plan for Real World Evidence (RWE) studies

Programming skills SAS (preferred) or R to support execution of RWE studies

Statistical background to support RWE studies

Experience in RWE analyses (patient longitudinal studies, patient safety studies, etc.)

Experience in Real World Data (Healthcare Claims, Electronic Health Records (EHR), Chargemaster Hospital) assets

**Primary (Must have skills)**

Collaborate on developing Protocol/Statistical Analysis Plan for Real World Evidence (RWE) studies.

Programming skills SAS (preferred) or R to support execution of RWE studies.

Statistical background to support RWE studies.

Provide statistical support for design, implementation, running, analysis, and dissemination of results for clinical trials.

Experience in RWE analyses (patient longitudinal studies, patient safety studies, etc.)

Experience in Real World Data (Healthcare Claims, Electronic Health Records (EHR), Chargemaster Hospital) assets

Strong Knowledge in RWE (Real World Evidence) with Biostatistics background

**Secondary skills (Good to have)**

Knowledge on Cloud platform like AWS

Exposure to Healthcare data formats like HL7, OMOP, ODHSI

Exposure to RWE, RWA, RWD

Experience with data sources like EMR
