The Product designer reports to the head of Marketing. As a Product Designer/Industrial Designer, the primary responsibility is to create and develop innovative and visually appealing product designs. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, marketers, and manufacturers, to ensure that the design concepts are both aesthetically pleasing and technically feasible. Your expertise in design principles, manufacturing processes, and user-centered design will be crucial in creating successful products that meet market needs and user expectations.

Key Criteria/Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or Industrial Designer, preferably in a consumer product or technology
- focused industry.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Adobe photoshop, Adobe
- Illustrator, Adobe InDesign or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and rapid prototyping techniques.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly products

Desired Experience:

- Working experience with street furniture
- Metal, Sheet Metal, Stone, Precast, GRP etc.
