**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in History.
- Develop and update curriculum and teaching materials in alignment with current academic trends.
- Engage in scholarly research and publish in reputable journals.
- Guide and mentor students in academic projects and dissertations.
- Participate in departmental and institutional activities.
- Contribute to seminars, workshops, and conferences as a speaker or organizer.
- Assist in academic planning, assessment, and accreditation processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in History with a minimum of 60% marks (NET/SET qualified).
- Ph.D. in History (preferred or as per UGC norms).
- Prior teaching or research experience at the college/university level is desirable.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Research-oriented with proven academic writing and publication record.
- Ability to integrate technology in teaching and learning.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to academic excellence.

**Salary & Benefits**:
