Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Interior Design:

- Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and layout drawings.
- Recommend materials, color palettes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Create 2D/3D visualizations and presentations (using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams to ensure design intent is met.
- Visit project sites as needed for measurement, supervision, and progress checks.

Sales & Client Interaction:

- Act as the face of the company during client meetings and showroom visits.
- Explain design concepts, product offerings, and pricing clearly to clients.
- Convert walk-in or online inquiries into confirmed projects or product sales.
- Follow up on leads, maintain client communication, and provide quotations/proposals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and assist with order processing and billing where needed. Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience 1 years in interior design or sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flair for aesthetics, color sense, and material knowledge.
- Target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits (if applicable).

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of modular furniture/kitchen design.
- Familiarity with project budgeting and material estimation.
- Experience in retail or B2C sales.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
