**Position**: DOP & Video Editor

**Job Summary**: The DOP & Video Editor will be responsible for the visual direction, camera work, lighting, and post-production editing of video content. This role combines the creative and technical aspects of cinematography and video editing, from the initial footage capture to the final edited video.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-Production Planning**: Collaborate with the director to discuss the vision and plan the shooting schedule, lighting, and camera setups.
- **Filming**: Operate cameras, select lenses, and set up lighting to capture footage in alignment with the project’s creative direction.
- **Video Editing**: Review raw footage, assemble, and edit it to create a polished final product.
- **Sound and Visual Effects**: Integrate sound, music, special effects, and transitions into the edited video.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the director, sound designer, and other team members to refine the video and ensure the final product meets the project's creative vision.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the technical aspects of both shooting and editing are of the highest quality and adhere to the required formats.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Expertise in camera operation, lighting setups, and cinematography techniques.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video and audio synchronization, color grading, and sound design.
- Attention to detail and ability to collaborate with a creative team.
- Problem-solving skills in both filming and editing environments.
- Experience in a variety of video production projects (films, commercials, social media content, etc.).

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous work experience in both cinematography and video editing roles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both filming and editing skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
