Manage daily operations and make improvements as needed;
- Conducting Market Research and determining the market potential for the future business growth;
- To make proper utilization of reports and its effective analysis for Strategic thinking and execution.
- Takes the ownership of the Employees' performance and retention;
- To update (Verbally and/or Written) your Reporting Manager on the routine basis for all relevant issues in the branch.
- To take care of month wise fee collection. Also to monitor pending fees and ensures follows up is done for outstanding payments. Moreover to ensure that refund and left-out cases are controlled to the minimum.
- To maximize the center's revenue collection by offering justified fee concessions and tries to minimize the running cost of the center wherever possible, without affecting the company's norms & standards
- Managing a branch as a profit center;
- To ensure coordination between team members and it's working towards the organizational goal;
- General Upkeep of branch and managing resources and staff;
- Ensure smooth operations of the branch at all times
- Ensure branch adheres to the highest standards of compliance
- Adherence to all admin and academic compliance necessary for smooth functioning of the branch;
- Ensuring that the branch gets a good audit rating responsible for daily and fortnightly update;
- Addressing grievances of the branch related issues.

Ability to commute/relocate: Pathanamthitta, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education: Master's (preferred)

Experience: Education administration: 3 years (preferred)

Language: Malayalam,English (preferred)
