As an Associate - Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined framework. In particular, you will be involved in the development of quality engineering test cases/suites to validate and verify delivery of system artifacts in accordance with customer needs.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Document results accurately and reports results tactfully and concisely
- Exercise independent judgement within defined parameters to determine appropriate action.
- Log and track system flaws using the JIRA issue tracking system
- Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure
- Provide coaching to Junior Associates
- Works independently on simple to medium complex projects

**What we require**:

- 3-6 years of software quality engineering experience
- Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude
- Knowledge accessing relational databases (e.g. SQL scripting)
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results
- Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with developers and product stakeholders globally
- Good experience on Mobile Apps Automation using Automation tools.

**Technical areas of expertise**:

- Experience with test management systems (e.g. Jira Zephyr, HP ALM.)
- Experience on Appium Framework or Selenium Web driver
- Knowledge on Basic JAVA programming
- Strong background in test writing to provide full spectrum testing
- Familiar with deployment strategies, including creation and oversight of multiple QA environments
- Good to excellent written communication skills, including technical documentation
- Practical experience with creation of, and adherence to, an agile development scheduled for testing
- Background in working with product stakeholders to organize, develop and execute User Acceptance Tests
- Experience with selecting/creating appropriate test data, and practiced at Structured Query Language (SQL) to validate system's correct data handling
