Permanent Fully Remote 3-9 Lakhs per annum **The Role** As a Junior Copywriter at Toaster India, there's no "day-to-day" in your job because every day is a new challenge and a new chance to indulge in creative brilliance. Copywriters are expected to be highly creative. Not only do they have to come up with great headlines and copy, but they must be at the heart of the whole creative process. Collaboration with designers, art directors, developers and producers to make great ideas come alive will be an integral part of your role. We deliver work that spans from digital to video, experiential to virtual reality - so you are expected to come up with ideas that encompass all mediums. Our ideas and experiences must inspire and excite people. So that they share their love for our client partners regardless of the medium. **What you’ll be doing** - Work closely with the Creative Group Head to develop content strategy every month for both paid and organic posts. - In case of an influencer led event, the copywriter with the help of the Creative Group Head will also create Influencer content in liaison with the Influencer agency - Help supervise editorial content creation depending on the workload, only a basic review and not content creation from scratch. - Rope in the producer to liaison with the content agency if necessary. **What you’ll bring** - Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience - You are a well-rounded, experienced digital and social content writer. - You are skilled at tactical writing through well-paced user experience copy as well as social posts that are engaging. - You are a Team player with a great sense of collaboration. **Benefits** - 20 days annual leave - Health insurance - Annual training and wellness budget - Wellness Support - Plumm **The Agency** Toaster is an award-winning creative agency, born in London but now spanning across the globe with offices in Singapore, New Delhi and San Francisco.
