**Job Title: TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) - Biology/Chemistry/Mathematics/Physics**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development and Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards for Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Physics.
- **Instruction and Classroom Management**:

- Deliver effective and engaging instruction in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Physics, using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, tests, and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer additional support to students who need help understanding complex concepts or preparing for exams.
- Maintain open communication with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and any concerns.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, strategies, and best practices for effective teaching.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and submit lesson plans, progress reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
- Attend faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school-related events as needed.
- Participate in school committees or special projects related to the academic program.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching certification is required.
- **Experience**:

- Previous teaching experience in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Physics at the secondary school level is preferred.
- Familiarity with current educational technologies and methodologies is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and implement engaging and rigorous lesson plans and assessments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.
