**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care in the CCU, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for patient assessments and treatment plans.
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment (e.g., ventilators, infusion pumps).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety standards, and hospital protocols.
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families during critical care situations.
- **Qualification**: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM with valid Kerala Nursing Council registration.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a CCU or ICU setting.
- Strong knowledge of critical care protocols, emergency response, and patient management.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
