Currently we are having an urgent opening with one of our reputed clients in Pune. The company is into, **Manufacturing Industry **ISO Certified organization with offices and facilities across Maharashtra.

**Position Title: - **CNC Turning Setter cum operator.

**Location**:Sanaswadi, Nagar Road, PUNE 412208.

**Working Experience**:

- with 3 to 4 years’ experience in Auto Component Company.

**Education**:12th Technical / ITI / Diploma /Degree.

**CTC**: 3.5 LPA. To 4 LPA.

**JOB PROFILE**:
1) Should have experience more than 3 years on latest Fanuc controller.

2) Able to set the machine independently - Jaw boring, Tooling Selection, Setting machine parameter as per component requirement.

3) Able to write programmer and decide on process sequence to Achieve optimum cycle Time

4) Make samples & pilot batch as per the drawing,

5) Knowledge of measuring instruments, like Micron micrometer, Dial, Height master etc.

6) Give training to trainees and achieve production target with No rejection.

7) Knowledge of Preventive maintenance of CNC turning machine.

8) Working knowledge of Breakdown maintenance is desirable.

9) Knowledge of Quality System and Documentation is desirable.
