**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Billing and Invoicing**:
- Prepare and issue invoices for laboratory services rendered.
- Ensure accurate billing based on services provided.
- Review and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- **Cash Handling**:
- Receive and process cash, checks, and electronic payments from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions and deposits.
- Reconcile daily cash receipts and ensure adherence to cash management policies.
- **Accounts Receivable Management**:
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage and report on accounts receivable metrics.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment logs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations regarding billing and cash handling.
- **Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with patients and internal staff regarding billing issues and account statuses.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist patients with questions.
- **Reporting**:
- Generate and analyze financial reports related to billing and cash flow.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proven 1.5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or cash handling, preferably in a healthcare or laboratory environment.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Office environment within a laboratory setting.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
