Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and employee reimbursements in a timely manner
- Review and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and inquiries
- Assist with the year-end audit process and provide support to auditors as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline accounting procedures
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,518.87 per month
