**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization**: Utilize your creative thinking abilities to develop unique design concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
- **Visual Design**: Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital media, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, social media assets, website elements, and promotional materials.
- **Branding and Identity**: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and enhance our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
- **Storytelling**:Transform complex ideas and data into visually compelling infographics and visual narratives that convey information in an engaging and accessible manner.
- **User Experience (UX) Design**:Contribute to the design and improvement of user interfaces and user experiences for digital products, focusing on aesthetics, usability, and functionality.
- **Stay Updated**:Keep abreast of design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the graphic design industry to continuously enhance your creative skills and knowledge.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to ensure design alignment and timely project delivery.
- **Client Interaction**:Communicate with clients to understand their design needs, provide creative solutions, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

**Requirements**:

- **Creative Mindset**: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box, push creative boundaries, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- **Proficient in Design Tools**: Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw etc.).
- **Portfolio**:A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative design projects that highlight your artistic skills and design thinking.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and visual communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and clients.
- **Time Management**:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail to ensure precision and accuracy in the execution of designs.
- **Adaptability**:Willingness to embrace feedback, adapt to changing project requirements, and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
- **Education**:A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent work experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.
