**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop curriculum content, demos, and hands-on workshops for students
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students on techniques and industry practices
- Stay updated on beauty trends and ensure curriculum relevance
- Organize practical demonstrations, evaluations, and showcase events for student portfolios

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Makeup Artistry; advanced certifications preferred
- Proven experience as a professional makeup artist, with 2+ years of industry experience
- Previous experience in training or teaching is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage and motivate students
