San Spine is a chain of physiotherapy clinic, looking to expand their presence and have recently opened their branch in Mira Road. We are looking for a physiotherapist who will assess, diagnose, treat, and prevent physical injuries or disabilities in patients.

The role involves creating personalized treatment plans, guiding patients through exercises, and utilizing physical therapy techniques to promote recovery, enhance mobility, and improve overall physical well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assessment & Diagnosis**:

- Conduct detailed assessments of patients’ physical condition, including range of motion, strength, balance, and flexibility.
- Identify musculoskeletal, neurological, and movement-related issues.
- Review patients’ medical histories and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to form an accurate diagnosis.
- **Treatment & Rehabilitation**:

- Develop personalized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs based on patient needs and diagnoses.
- Teach patients exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
- Guide patients in post-surgical or post-injury rehabilitation to restore normal function.
- **Patient Education**:

- Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, posture, body mechanics, and self-care strategies.
- Advise on lifestyle modifications and exercises to reduce pain and improve physical performance.
- **Documentation & Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- **Collaboration & Multidisciplinary Care**:

- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in patient reviews, team meetings, and case discussions to track patient progress and adjust treatment strategies.
- **Continuous Learning & Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy techniques, treatments, and evidence-based practices.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and courses to maintain licensure and improve clinical skills.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:

- A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license or certification.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical, hospital, or rehabilitation setting.
- Experience with a variety of patients, including those with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate and support patients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
