- Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process.
- Monitor and manage production schedules for timely delivery.
- Operation of twin screw extruder.
- Process material as per SOC and SOP.
- Visual inspection of online running material.
- Printing bag as per formulation.
- Pack the material as per standard.
- Co-ordination with stores for handover the FG material.
- Properly maintain all equipment’s.
- Daily and weekly production schedule.
- Proper Disposition of RM bags.
- Handling of RM & ADD. as per MSDS.
- Handling of Mixer (RM / Additive).
- Maintain all the Document and Records.
- Maintenance work as per given to Asst. operator.
- Clean the machine for grade change as per require.
- Maintain Proper housekeeping of plant.
- FG. NC material handling.

Qualifications è¦æ±:
12th or Graduate
