Knowledge of Mobile Repair
- Knowledge of Mobile Software
- Knowledge of phones
- Perform basic fault finding. Eliminate blacklisting, SIM card or network problems to ensure fault lies with the handset, or accessories. Perform functionality checks in order to eliminate user error.
- Ascertain the warranty status of a handset in order to eliminate damaged equipment.
- Perform functional test of handset using RF test equipment and PC in order to ascertain the nature of the defect/s (where applicable)
- Perform software related/cosmetic repair to handsets in order to remedy diagnosed fault
- Enter job details via TIM in order to maintain repairs database
- Repair to manufacturers guidelines

- Support team as and when necessary
- Achieve agreed targets as specified in order to meet the requirements of the business
- Maintain your equipment including anti static checks, regular calibration and the installation of software upgrades
- Use own initiative to improve performance and quality of line
- Ensure you meet all business KPI’s.

**Salary**: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
