Bar Man

**Job Summary**:
The Barman is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining cleanliness and order at the bar, and ensuring customers receive prompt and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Customer Service**

Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Take orders accurately and serve drinks as per recipes and customer preferences.

Handle guest complaints or issues politely and report serious concerns to the Manager.

**2. Beverage Preparation**

Mix, garnish, and serve drinks following standard recipes.

Maintain knowledge of common cocktails, local drinks, and bar trends.

Monitor and control portion sizes to avoid wastage.

**3. Bar Operations**

Keep the bar area clean, hygienic, and well-organized at all times.

Restock bar supplies (liquor, mixers, ice, glasses, etc.).

Check ID of customers to ensure legal drinking age compliance.

Handle cash and process payments accurately.

**4. Stock & Inventory**

Assist in daily/weekly stock counts.

Report shortages, breakages, or misuse of stock immediately.

**5. Teamwork & Safety**

Support colleagues during busy hours.

Follow safety, hygiene, and alcohol-serving regulations.

Avoid over-serving and ensure responsible service of alcohol.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
