Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and process data on daily basis from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Monitor and manage operational processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials & prepare accurate reports includes material incoming/outgoing, Product invoicing, slow/fast moving product,over/under stock etc
- Work closely with teams across different departments to align operational objectives and facilitate seamless communication.
- Provide guidance and support to operational teams, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.Develop and execute queries to retrieve data from databases and data warehouses.
- Clean, transform, and manipulate raw data into a usable format for analysis & make relevant decisions accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analysis objectives and requirements.
- To make required decision on stock liquidation, stock inspection, quality Std etc.
- To upload bills on daily basis and make sure it should not be delayed. Regular follow up is required.
- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track and monitor them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications:
MBA Freshers with specialization in Corporate Finance, Operations, Marketing, IT, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, business analytics etc. can apply.

Proven experience as a Operations Executive or related role, preferably in a business or technical environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.

Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies. Good hand on MS office.

Excellent communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and reliable analysis.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
