Store Keeper

This job role is responsible for managing the timely receipt of material/items at stores/stock yard, ensuring proper storage, issuing and delivery system at construction site along with maintaining inventory through computer system. The individual should possess sound knowledge of store keeping operation as per organizational norms and ISO standards, should be able to monitor and maintain safe and quality working practices.

**1. Record the store material receipt & consumption on daily basis.**

**2. Receiving materials, stockings, recording of receipts, assisting to J.E. to prepare quality reports of received material.**

**3. Issue material as per the indent for different works.**

**4. General supervision on the site regarding wastage of material, improper use of material etc.**

**5. Prepare list of excess material**

**6. Informed the concerned Enginner about balance material in order to raise further indent.**

**7. Follow up with material suppliers, with prior consent from purchase department to ensure timely supply.**

**8. Maintain records of department tools, machinery etc on site.**

**9. Maintain records of cash purchase.**

**10. Maintain records of empty cement bags received from contractor.**

**11. Maintain records of electricity & water bills.**

**12. Inform the concerned Engineer of the working condition of machinery.**

**13. Maintain records of scrapped material.**

**14. Maintain records of billing.**

**15. Maintain records of inward & outward material etc.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)
