**Roles and Responsibilities**

1) Coordinating with various claims department and giving feedback on core trends.

2) Guiding departments on actionable to reduce the litigation.

3) Managing external lawyers, courts and other administrative officials.

4) Effective management of litigation to ensure favourable contest of consumer cases.

5) Handling various ombudsman matters and co-ordinating with the ombudsman person in effective handling of the cases.

6) Co-ordinating with Grievance team for effective reply to the customer grievance in litigation.

7) Co-ordination with various statutory and regulatory bodies.

8) Quality check and handling litigation.
