Maintenance Incharge

**JD of Maintenance Manager**

1. Overall plant maintenance including mechanical, electrical and electronics

2. Maintenance of melting furnace

3. Maintenance of cranes, pumps and other utilities

4. Both preventive and predictive maintenance for zero breakdown

5. Maintenance of three forging hammers(both hydraulic and pneumatic), 2 manipulators and other associated machines

**6.** **Maintenance of 2 forging presses of 400 ton and 800 ton**

**7.** **Maintenance of CNC Lathe & VMC Lathe**

8. Maintenance of annealing furnaces

9. Breakdown maintenance within minimum time to start production immediately

10. To see overall equipment efficiency

11. Annual overhauling of machines and equipment

12. Cost reduction in terms of oil consumption, electricity consumption and spare use

13. Maintain inventory of critical parts and spares for immediate replacement in case of breakdown or repairing job

14. Handling the maintenance team in best utilisation mode with highest productivity

15. Regular follow up with WBSEB officials for uninterrupted power supply

16. Coordination with production team for best possible support

Education: B.Tech. /BE(Mechanical) from reputed institute

Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Maintenance function in Steel **Forging** or similar plant

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
