**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct scientific research and experiments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and prepare reports summarizing findings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of innovative solutions tailored to project needs.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and professional development.
- Maintain accurate records of research activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Engage in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategize on upcoming tasks.
- Support the mentoring of junior team members and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in any discipline of the Sciences (M.Sc preferred) from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret scientific data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and research techniques is a plus.
- Must have a background in the PwD community and be eligible for diversity hiring initiatives.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous internship or project experience in a research or laboratory setting.
- Knowledge of specific software or analytical tools relevant to scientific research.
- Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Passion for scientific inquiry and a drive to contribute to innovative research.
