Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Coordinate Daily Operations**: Oversee the daily activities within the factory, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
- **Supervise Staff**: Manage and support factory staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely procurement and minimizing production downtime.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on production metrics, inventory levels, and any operational issues.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all factory operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- **Communication**: Serve as a liaison between management and factory staff, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
- **Training**: Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support and development for existing staff.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory management and quality control processes.
