- Understand the specific task or process that the machine needs to perform.
- Generate multiple conceptual designs that could fulfill the specified requirements.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications for the chosen concept.
- Design the machine's structure, components, and mechanisms.
- Design the electrical systems and controls required for the machine.
- Build a prototype of the machine to test its functionality and performance.
- Conduct thorough testing of the machine under various operating conditions.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including assembly instructions, operation manuals, and maintenance guidelines.
- Oversee the assembly and integration of the machine.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting services.
