Are you a talented video editor with a clear eye for storytelling? Join our dynamic filmmaking company based in Lucknow and contribute to our exciting projects in the wedding and corporate documentary style. We are seeking a skilled video editor to join our team on a full-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit wedding and corporate videos in a documentary style, crafting compelling narratives that captivate viewers.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand project objectives, storylines, and client preferences.
- Organize and assemble raw footage into a coherent and visually appealing sequence.
- Trim and refine video content to ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, and logical flow.
- Enhance videos with appropriate color grading, sound mixing, and other post-production techniques.
- Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and titles as needed to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure technical quality control by reviewing and correcting any issues related to video and audio quality, color accuracy, and aspect ratios.
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple editing projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a video editor, preferably in the wedding or corporate documentary genre.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and composition.
- Excellent understanding of video editing techniques, including pacing, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with color grading, sound mixing, and other post-production processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio or reel showcasing your previous editing work, specifically in the wedding and corporate documentary style, is required.
- A bachelor's degree or certification in film studies, media production, or a related field is a plus.
