**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation & Graphic Design**:

- Design eye-catching visuals for social media posts, stories, and ads using Canva.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create on-brand graphics that align with our content strategy and target audience.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit short-form videos, including reels, stories, and other social media content, using basic editing software.
- Incorporate trending audio, text overlays, and transitions to make videos more engaging.
- Assist in repurposing long-form video content into bite-sized pieces for social media.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Schedule, post, and monitor content across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Monitor trends and adapt content strategy to leverage new formats, tools, and popular topics.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and suggest improvements based on data.
- **Community Building & Engagement**:

- Foster a community by initiating conversations and responding to comments to enhance brand loyalty and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on platform changes, social media trends, and competitor activity to keep our brand relevant and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role.
- Portfolio or examples of past work in social media design, especially with Canva, and video editing samples.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Canva for creating social media graphics.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (such as iMovie, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Creativity & Attention to Detail**:

- Strong aesthetic sense and a good eye for visual design.
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for social media trends, branding, and digital marketing.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with analytics tools (like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, or Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).
- Some knowledge of copywriting best practices for social media captions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
