**What You’ll Achieve**:
We are seeking a meticulous and results-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Ginesys One. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality software.

**You will**:
1. Quality Assurance Leadership:

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies and processes to ensure the highest quality standards.

2.Test Automation:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and the Robot Framework.
- Identify and implement opportunities for test automation within different software projects.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to streamline the release process.

3. Team Management:

- Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of 4-5 junior Quality Analysts.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

4. Manual Testing:

- Validate that software meets business requirements and user expectations through thorough testing.

5. Defect Management:

- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

- Generate detailed test reports, quality metrics, and test coverage analysis.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of QA processes, test plans, test cases, and test results.

7. Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as the primary QA point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with developers, product managers, and clients to understand requirements and provide QA insights and updates.

8. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing.
- Proactively implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and methodologies.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead QA role.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with the Robot Framework.
- Strong understanding of various testing methodologies, including automated and manual testing.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of junior QA analysts.
- Ability to lead by example and inspire team members to achieve high standards of quality.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex software issues.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate QA processes, issues, and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing test automation frameworks.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
