**The Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, responsible for procuring the high-quality components and technology that fuel our innovation. You will play a critical part in ensuring our production and R&D pipelines are efficient, cost-effective, and always equipped with the best materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Sourcing**: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new domestic and international suppliers for specialized drone components such as sensors, motors, carbon fiber frames, avionics, batteries, and other electronic parts.
- **Negotiation & Cost Management**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the most advantageous terms for the company.
- **Procurement Cycle Management**: Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Track orders from placement through to delivery, proactively resolving any potential delays.
- **Logistics & Coordination**: Coordinate with logistics partners for the timely and compliant import/export of goods, handling necessary documentation.
- **Inventory & Demand Forecasting**: Collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to forecast demand, plan procurement schedules, and maintain optimal inventory levels of critical components to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers. Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure they meet our quality and delivery standards.
- **Market Intelligence**: Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of new technologies, potential alternative components, and pricing trends in the UAV/drone industry.
- **Database & Record Keeping**: Maintain and update our supplier database, component specifications, pricing information, and order records within our ERP system.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 0-3 years of proven experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, preferably within the **electronics, aerospace, automotive, or technology manufacturing industry**.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics), Business Administration, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or procurement software.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
