**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation, and management of Oracle EPM Cloud Applications (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS and Reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for inbound/outbound process flows.
- Identify & implement process improvements to support more efficient financial analysis.
- Ability to work independently in complex production environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Work with customers and Oracle support to resolve product issues and improve OCI services.
- Lead the project team with mínimal guidance and contribute to COE growth.
- Provide regular updates, documentation, and training to team members and stakeholders on EPM best practices and new features.
- Should have a techno-functional background with experience in converting business functional requirements into solution proposals.
- Develop Business rules as per business requirement adhering to best practices and performance optimization.
- Can leverage best practices from previous architecture and implementation experience and work on constant support and continuous improvement Skills.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Preferred to have CA or ICWA or MBA degree with Finance major from reputed institute.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Min 10-15 yrs. relevant experience implementing one or more EPM technologies.
- 10+ yrs. relevant experience in implementing PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS and Reporting.
- Oracle certification in PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS and/or willingness to get certification in the next 6 months.
- Experience with implementing more than one Oracle EPM Cloud module (ARCS, TRCS).
- Good understanding of Financial Accounting, Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting concepts.
