We have a team of very capable Engineering professionals with extensive experience in a wide range of international and complex projects. We are currently working very closely with many international consultants and contractors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for prospective students.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential students, providing accurate information about our programs, courses, and enrollment procedures.
- Conduct personalized consultations with prospective students to understand their goals and tailor recommendations accordingly.
- Showcase the value proposition of our training institute and articulate the benefits of enrolling in our programs.
- Effectively overcome objections and address concerns raised by prospective students to facilitate enrollment.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into enrolled students, while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to develop strategies for lead generation, follow-up, and conversion optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and applicants in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, customer service or a related field.
- Proven experience in admissions or sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads and inquiries simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the education and training industry, particularly in India, is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
