1. Plan and ensure Execution of programme as per the programme design and deliverables under the supervion of the Programme Head.

2. Facilitate the development of IEC material, Content for Website and others as per requirement.

3. Review field activities and assessment of activities through data analysis.

4. To conduct and review progress through weekly/monthly meetings.

5. Review monthly expenses related to fund utilization and maintain monthly in flow v/s outflow.

6. To conduct periodic meetings with the team and partners on weekly/monthly basis to check the progress, records and planning.

7. To conduct monitoring visits to the field.

8. Communicate reporting/documentation expectations to the project team for effective implementation and quality output.

9. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate person with specific timeline.

10. To prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for in-house records and forwarding to the donor.

11. To compile, update and analyse MIS data.

12. To compile the bills/vouchers of the expenses on monthly basis for submission to accounts

13. To prepare monthly requisition of funds required for the project.

14. Update website on regular basis.

15. Develop progress reports and requisite documents (presentations, data, etc.)

16. Develop and execute out of the box activities for the programme.

17. Undertake additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the organisation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
